•Henan Hebi Qihe River Env Improvement and Ecological Conservation Project is to recover Qi River eco-system, and solve the challenge in the upstream ecological degradation, insufficient flood protection level, serious pollutions from wastewater and solid wastes, and lack of cooperation between various departments. ,
