•Anhui Xuancheng Infrastructure for Industrial Relocation Project is to support developing infrastructure for approximately 20 square-kilometers within 2 phases of Xuancheng Economic Development Zone.
•Project Scope: included roads and bridges with underground storm-water drainage networks, water supply networks and sewerage networks, a wastewater treatment plant, and a comprehensive program of technical assistance for institutional development and capacity building
•Client: Xuancheng Economic Development Zone, World Bank PMO
•Project Cost: USD 150 million
•Implementation Period: 2013 to 2020
•ESD China undertaking: design review, construction management, information system development, branding and promotional assistance, real-time environmental monitoring system, procurement and contract management, financial management, reporting and training, etc.

•Highlights: Provided effective project management and construction supervision to the PMO and PIUs to manage the Anhui Xuancheng Industrial Park to support local economic sustainability in line with international best practice.
