•ESD China undertaking: 1) Data Collection and GIS data formatting; 2) Watershed Management Study for Minjiangand Jialingjiang basins; 3) Water Supply system reliability study including water intakes, treatment plants, and distribution systems in terms of water quality and quantity; 4) Water Sector regulatory review including price projections; 5) Plant water consumption and efficiency, and wastewater treatment and reuse schemes assessment; 6) Vulnerability risks identifications and mitigation actions recommended; 7) Workshop and Reporting.
•Highlights: identified vulnerabilities of water supply systems, mitigation measures, hydrogeology study, GIS data formatting to facilitate the plants to develop Source Water Protection Plans.
